An Cat Dubh exists to promote kindness, care and understanding of cats and other animals. An Cat Dubh provides sanctuary and lifelong care to those cats requiring special care or attention due to age or infirmity. An Cat Dubh provides a Trap, Neuter, Return/Release (TNR) service for feral cats.
