Mona (on the right) found a lovely foster home last week with Diva a lurcher who was adopted from us and Bell a smaller dog the family have.
This is what her foster family have to say about her.
“Mona’s a lovely character. She’s very affectionate, good on the lead and quite obedient. She is also very intelligent, she has already copied all of Diva’s tricks and improved on some. She’s good with my two boys and this is a loud busy house she has really adapted well to it all, she’s also excellent with her toileting. She gets on great with Bell and Diva.
Mona will make a great pet for a loving family” Mona is better suited to a home with children over 12 as she has never previously lived with children until now.
Mona is a beautiful small lurcher, she will be 6 in the summer and is approx 22″ TTS.
Mona gets on well with dogs of all sizes, good with children, great on a lead, has excellent recall, is house trained, travels well in the car. She can be nervous sometimes of new people and loud noises but many dogs are like that it’s just one of those things. Mona is an agility champ and loves jumps and tunnels. Even though she has not lived with cats we have been advised she is cat trainable.
If interested in giving Mona a home please read the process and there is an application form within the link if you wish to express an interest in lovely Mona https://www.hart.ie/adopt-a-dog/
