Details
Toven is a Saluki Lurcher who is just over a year old. He came to us from Kerry pound in November. He was very underweight and weak when he first arrived but has only gone from strength to strength and is really thriving now.
Toven is beautiful in every way, he is so affectionate and playful. He can still act like a puppy and has great fun with the other young female lurcher in his foster home. He is also in foster with a male greyhound and springer spaniel and gets on so well with everyone.
Toven loves food, he’ll eat all around him and may even help himself to something tasty on the counter top. He is a tall boy and has a long reach. He can be strong on lead at times, but not always. He’s doing well with toilet training, he just needs a bit more practice.
Toven sleeps through the night no problem in the company of the other dogs at his foster home, we do think he’ll like to have another dog around him in his new home.
Toven gets on fine with the small dogs that live next door to him, but could bark at a new small dog he would meet on a walk.
Toven will need a home without cats and a fully secure garden.
Toven is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated including KC, worm and flea treated.
Home visit and adoption fee apply.
