Kilkenny Carlow Dog Pound

Kilkenny/Carlow Dog Pound Shelter is a joint venture between Carlow and Kilkenny Councils. It is located at Garryduff, Paulstown, Co. Kilkenny. Stray dogs are brought to the pound by the dog warden. Dogs have 5 days to be reclaimed by their owners from the day they were taken in as a stray. The pound also accepts unwanted dogs from members of the public.
